Today’s Recipe: Almond-Apricot Cereal Squares

Makes 16 squares
4 cups Kellogg’s® Special K® cereal
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup almond butter
- Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil and lightly spray
with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal and apricots.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine agave nectar, sugar and almond butter; bring to a
